The One-Member Court of First Instance of Thessaloniki rejected the petitions for restraining orders of the TV stations of central Macedonia (Time Channel, Pella TV, EuropeOne, Egnatia TV, Dion Channel, Gnomi TV, Eurochannel), with which they demanded the suspension of the transmission of their programmes by the licensed network operator of digital terrestrial broadcasting (Digea). The Hellenic Telecommunications & Post Commission had intervened in the trials in question and endorsed the rejection of the petitions.
