The Dean of the University of Athens Law School demanded yesterday, on behalf of the Rector, the intervention of Justice by filing a criminal complaint to the District Court Prosecutor of Athens. The Dean demands pressing of charges for the damages which, as she claims, have been done to the Law School building. However, as the Prosecution had already intervened since Sunday, the criminal complaint was associated with the already existent legal documents.

In the meantime, the images of vandalism inside the chapel of Saints Anargyroi next to the Law School came as a shock; the Law School of Athens has been held over for four days now by a group of anti-authoritarians. Valuables left there by worshippers have been stolen; the wooden icon of Madonna has been broken, whereas the pew, the icon stand and other objects have been ruined.
