The trial of the defendants of the Golden Dawn case is going to be held in a special room of Koridallos prison on April 20. According to Nr. 215/2015 of the Writ of Chamber of Appeal, a total number of 69 people are going to be brought before the Three Member Felonies Appellate Court, since among the seventy charged is a minor, who is to answer to the Juveniles Court.

It must be highlighted that Nikos Mihaloliakos, leader of Golden Dawn, is to be brought before the Three Member Felonies Appellate Court, as well as the whole Golden Dawn Parliamentary Group, members of which are to answer case-by-case concerning the offences of criminal organization, arm-possession, attempt of murder etc.
