It has been clarified by the General Secretariat of Public Revenue (GSPR) that the administrative authorities ought to accept the validation of the authentic signature made by bar associations, after responding to relevant questions.

The GSPR highlights in particular that the bar associations of the country, as Public Law Corporate Bodies, have the authority to validate the authentic signature according to provisions of the 2609/99 Act (Code of Administration Process). Therefore, the administrative authorities, including the Inland Revenue Departments, “ought to accept authorizations in which the authentic signature of the legally authorized has been validated by their competent bodies”.
